Consultation:  email questions and reply- $35 per exchange (emails to arrange consultation- no charge)

                        Telephone conversations- $40 per 15 minutes

                        Office visits- $80 per ½ hour

 
Document drafting: per type and amount of documents

Prepare and file your complete divorce, uncontested: $350, plus court filing fees (New York or New Jersey)
 
Full Representation: $180/hour, plus filing fees

Billing practices:

  -payment must be arranged in advance, after initial consultation

  -credit cards accepted

  -clients must sign letter of understanding between attorney and client before service
